About Refills
Please note the refill service is only available once you return your empty bottle to us. First-time orders will need to purchase a bottle or jar. Refill service is currently only available within the United Kingdom.
Step 1. Send your empty bottles or jars to our address below. Please include your name and order number in the parcel, so it doesn't get lost.

Step 2. We will then clean, sanitise and refill your bottle and send it back to you. Please note that we wont include product's outside paper packaging unless you send one in.
Processing Time: Refills are processed after a couple of days of receiving your empty containers. So if you are ordering other products at the same time, please note that your entire order will be shipped once we receive and process your refills.
Shipping Cost: We offer a discount on the refill which should cover the cost of sending it back to us, especially if you gather a few bottles, jars to send at a time.

We use a frosted brown glass bottle to protect the potency of the plants and precious oils. The outer packaging is made from recyclable/biodegradable unbleached kraft paper. Our labels are made from 100% recycled waste paper.
HOW TO RECYCLE
The product includes glass bottles and recyclable polypropylene (PP) plastic caps. The spray and the nitrile teat must be disposed of in your household waste bin.
REFILLS:
Refills are available on this product, so once you purchase your first bottle, you can send it back to us, and we will clean, sanitise and refill it for you again and again. Please visit individual product pages to purchase refills. Refills are currently only available within the UK.

With each Gua Sha stroke, blood rushes to the skin to replenish and oxygenate the area. The boost of nutrients to the eye helps reduce dark circles associated with tiredness and fatigue.
LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
By reaching deep beneath the dermis to break down the fascia, the massage creates micro pathways to allow stagnant fluid to drain away from the eye and reduce puffiness.
SKIN-CELL REGENERATION
Regular massage stimulates the skin to encourage cell regeneration and turnover. Over time this also improves collagen and elastin production to slow signs of ageing.

1. Spritz the Organic Rose Water Face Mist all over the skin for a hydrating, anti-oxidant boost.
2. Then, warm a few drops of Botanical Face Elixir between your fingers and apply to the face and eye area.
3. Holding the stone however feels comfortable, glide the tool across the skin with a soft pressure making long, sweeping motions.
4. Start at the collarbone, stimulating the supraclavicular node to open up the lymphatic ‘bins’ for drainage.
5. Come up to the eye area and carefully roll the stone under the eye, over the brow, and follow along with the tutorial.
