Ingredient List, There Lies To The Truth

Dear Cream, talk the language of nature. I am saying Calendula, you are saying "Dipropylene Glycol". We don't understand each other.

Are you mixing our products with other beauty products in your daily skincare rituals?

Let me tell you why it will not work.

I follow some fundamental rules that strictly obey your natural flow. But the beauty industry in general, even if it says "I am natural, I am vegan, I am plant-based", does not follow the same rules as me.

I am going with your flow; they are going with their own flow. So, your skin and my products clash with these other beauty products on your face.

And you experience dryness, which would easily lead to premature ageing and many other skin problems.

Fundamental Rule 1:

I follow your natural flow.

Even if you don't apply anything on your face, there is a certain flow that happens on your skin, like clockwork. You can not change this. It's your biology. It's human nature. No one can change this. You can manipulate it with beauty products, but you will lose in the end. What does losing mean? Premature ageing, wrinkles, sagging, pores, dark circles, spots, uneven skin tone, acne, eczema, redness, dryness, oiliness, etc. You name it. The list is big.

Fundamental Rule 2:

I feed your skin with whole foods.

Where will the skin get nutrients if not fed with whole, unprocessed plants? Comfrey leaf, bilberry leaf, calendula flower, Rose petals, etc. Actual plants that did not go through extra processing, which basically means they are not turned into chemicals. This is the same as "eating whole foods = eating an apple. Where will you get the nutrients that your body needs if you don't eat whole, unprocessed foods?

Fundamental Rule 3:
Zero Water

I never ever use "water" as an ingredient. (Named "aqua" in formulations.)

Why?
99% of beauty products in the market today are formulated with "water" = "aqua" in them. Water brings life. What does that mean?
There would never be a single living creature here if we had no water on earth. So, if there is water in a formula, there have to be preservatives inside. Otherwise, bad bacteria would grow in that bottle. It won't be safe to use. Preservatives kill the bad bacteria before they have a chance to grow in that bottle. But the thing is, your own skin microbiome is full of good bacteria, which means these preservatives kill them, too. But you need that good bacteria on your face so desperately. That is how the skin stays healthy. It is your biology. It is, if not more important than, an actual organ you have in your body. It is the same as eating processed foods that are high in additives and preservatives. Your gut microbiome becomes less diverse over time, and you end up with poor health.

If a preservative in a skincare product keeps killing your skin microbiome, your skin microbiome gets less diverse over time, and you have poor skin health, which means premature ageing, sun sensitivity and all sorts of skin problems.

No one on earth can disagree with me on this.

If there is water, that product is out the window. It can be named as cream, serum, oil, cleanser, or moisturiser. They can even be called "natural", "organic", "vegan", or "plant-based". They all have water in it. You can easily check this by looking at the ingredient list. It will say "aqua".

Ps. How about our Rose Water? It is made with steam-distilled rose petals. We only add 4% Lactobacillus ferment made from cabbage to protect the integrity of roses. Lactobacillus ferment is found on your skin and gut microbiome as well. Your body knows it. However, other rose waters usually include an actual preservative.

Fundamental Rule 4:
Zero emulsifiers (a mixing agent) or
chemical

Some beauty products don't use water, but they use chemicals = inventions mixed with natural oils. The thing is, because a chemical will never mix with natural oil or even with other chemicals, there has to be some other powerful emulsifier in there to mix them together.

Why do beauty brands insist on using these chemicals?

First of all, nobody believes that the human body can heal itself. So, they come up with their own ways and inventions to prevent ageing or skin problems. To do that, they really need to alter your skin biology to make a change in you. The thing they are against is human biology, and our biology is strong. So, they have to come up with strong chemicals.

So, I am going with the flow and feeding the skin with whole foods. But anything from another brand, a cream, a toner, or a serum, comes and kills the good bacteria we just introduced to your face with their preservatives.

OR

It alters your skin biology with that chemical and emulsifier while my elixir tries to hug and heal your face.

There is a war going on here.

My logic and theirs are not the same.

My elixirs are very friendly and loving, but how can they be friends with that aggressive manipulative serum, cream, or moisturizer? My elixir speaks the same language as your skin; they talk something else.  Your skin and my elixirs have no idea what is being said by these serums, creams :).

Dear Cream, talk the language of nature. I am saying Calendula, you are saying "Dipropylene Glycol". We don't understand each other.

Calendula sees "Dipropylene Glycol" as something to fight with.

Do you see?

We don't understand each other.

Skip the general words "natural", "organic", "vegan", and "plant-based" and go directly to the ingredient list; there lies to the truth.

But more importantly, my mission is to spread the knowledge that "the power that made the body heals the body".

Anyone who says otherwise or produces products that go against this will not exist for long. Not that Calendula and I want them to be out of business. We just want them to join us. But we know that we can't force them. We can only inspire them by walking our talk.

with all my love,
Ezgi

The Flow says,
"Please don't mix me with anything else..."
