Can I ask you something? If you just had surgery, would you use your “anti-ageing” cream on your skin?
No marketing. No branding. No pretty packaging. Just truth. Would you trust it when your skin is at its most vulnerable?
One of you wrote to me recently. You had eye surgery, and since then, you’ve been using the Eye Balm as your nightly healing ritual.
And I stopped. Because this is the truth, no one in the beauty industry wants to face.
If your skincare cannot be used when your skin is healing, it was never skincare.

Real skincare is not something you use to look better. It is something you trust when your body is under pressure, when your skin is inflamed, when it is fragile, when it needs support, not stimulation.
So let me ask you again: if you cannot use your products when your skin needs help the most, what are they actually doing to you?
This is where the industry lost integrity. It stopped supporting biology and started overriding it.
Acids, retinols, peels, “actives.” All sold as solutions. But look at what I see every single week: burned barriers, chronic redness, rosacea, melasma, eczema. Skin that was not broken until it was “treated.”
And when it gets worse, there is no accountability. Some of you have told me you were turned away from well-known “natural” skincare brands. “You need a dermatologist. Go to your GP. Stop using everything.”
But no one asks the real question: what created the damage?
Products that strip your sebum, destroy your microbiome, and overstimulate your skin until it can no longer regulate itself. All hidden behind words like “natural,” “clean,” and “organic.” Green packaging, botanical names, and formulas that behave exactly like everything else.
This is not care. This is confusion.
And it goes even further. People are now layering SPF on top of already inflamed, unbalanced skin every single day. Blocking, suppressing, forcing.
And when that skin gets worse, it leads to more products, more interventions, more dependency. Until you are sitting in front of a dermatologist trying to fix what was never understood in the first place, or worse, feeling disconnected from your own body, your own skin, your relationship with nature itself.
This is not protection.
If your skin is already struggling and you keep layering over it instead of restoring it, you are not helping it. You are silencing it.
Skin is not something to control. It is something to understand.
This is why I created everything differently. One principle: homeostasis.
Your body is not broken. Your skin is not failing. It is responding. It is asking for help.
And when you finally support it correctly, everything begins to change.
The Flow Set restores what was lost: sebum balance, microbiome integrity, true regulation.
And then we adapt. Not against nature, not against the sun, not against your body—but with it.
As we move into summer, we introduce the Sun Elixir Face. Not as a shield, not as fear, but as support. Because the goal is not to block life, the goal is to build skin that can live in it.
This is not about treating conditions. It is about removing the environment that created them.
And I want to say this clearly: I would never turn you away. Those of you I personally guide already know this. I don’t care how reactive, inflamed, or “difficult” your skin has become.
Your skin is not the problem. The environment it has been placed in is.
Every single week, I see what happens when that environment changes. Inflammation settles. Balance returns. Not instantly, but honestly.
And that is something this industry cannot sell you. Because it cannot be rushed, it cannot be forced, and it cannot be packaged as a quick fix.
This is a different path. A path to wholeness.
And yes, it requires you to unlearn, to step out of fear, to stop fighting your body. But when you do, everything changes.
This is not skincare. This is a life-changing reconnection to yourself, the Earth, and love itself.
And for me, this work is personal. I know what it feels like to be in a body that is struggling, to search, to try everything, to feel lost.
And I also know what it takes to come back from that. That is why I do this work.
And you have no idea how powerful it is to witness you come back to yourself, just as I came back to myself, to wholeness, and healed MS.
We are not just changing skin. We are changing what beauty means.
Thank you for being here. Thank you for questioning. Thank you for choosing differently.
