Coming Soon: The Way Home - Wild Forest Body Balm

Far away I was…

From home…

Have you read my story? You did. You have been with me for a long time, or maybe you are new here.

Tell me, Ezgi, what happened to you?

Far away I was…

From home…

I realised I was far away from home.

They gave a name to it. The man and the woman in lab coats. They said you have MS.

Here is your medicine…

Will this take me back home?

No.

There is no way back home.

Here on these empty, dark, cold streets, take the medicine. It will keep you asleep.
On these empty, dark, cold streets.

Asleep. Numb.

If you never wake up, stay numb. You will not know you aren't home, and eventually you will forget what home looked like.

And this has a name: chronic, incurable.

And I started injecting myself with MS medications. Every single day. I had to inject them into different parts of my body. Because they were creating wounds. They gave me a map.

Remember Ezgi: left leg, right leg, stomach, left arm and right arm.

I was covered in bruises. My health was declining every single day. That medicine made me so sick that it gave me another illness: Hashimoto's.

And in those empty, dark, cold streets, I put the medicine down, stood up and looked around.

My mom was already suffering before my eyes. She was dying every day in her bed. She was far away from home. Paralysed due to radiotherapy targeted at her brain, and chemotherapy to her whole body. We were keeping her alive, carrying her home with holistic therapies.

You know, real food, movement and love.

Have you read the True Story?

You didn’t.

Oh, please do.

I said to myself, what am I doing with these injections… I am far away from home. I am not at home, broke my leg and in need of emergency medicine.

I am far away from home. The medicine is for emergencies, not for someone who wants and needs to go back home.

I saw it before my eyes. My mother ended up with a tube in her nose. They prescribed liquid medicine as food. This would take her even further away from home, we said and fed her real food.

They said, You are wrong! You can’t feed her real food.

We didn't listen, and real food gave her 19 years of life.

So many stories I can tell you. I have slept next to my mother on hospital chairs as my second home for years. Every time she walked farther away from home, I saw what brought her back closer to home. It was the body’s wisdom, balance.

And in those empty, dark, cold streets, I put the medicine down, stood up and looked at the horizon.

I said, “I want to go back home.”

Home.

To my body.

To life again.

I did not come into this world to suffer, only to survive.

I want to go back home.

Your wish is my command, said the universe.

You have to make the decision.

I said, “I want to go back home.”

And then the universe said, “Your wish is my command”.

You have to make the decision.

Shortly after, the teacher showed up.

Here is the way, Ezgi.

The way back home…

He said, " Balance is the way back home.”

He said, “Your body wants balance.”

Home is balance.

Let's get you there.

Mediation.

He said, You must meditate every day.

And I did.

I still do.

Every single day.

Ezgi, how do you get up at 4 am every single day?

With joy.

With enthusiasm for life.

Since I healed from MS with meditation.

The year 2017.

My body wanted balance.

I meditated to find my balance.

Since that day, I keep saying, I want to be the female Joe!

Ask my friends!

I want to be the human to show other humans who left home, who are far away from home, the way back home.

What an honour that is!

But in “beauty, self-care, self-love”.

I never looked after myself.

Always others.

They say you are an empath, Ezgi.

Other people's sadness, disappointment, anger, emotions in general felt heavy.

Always.

I could not stand what I was sensing in them.

So I didn't speak my mind; I didn't choose for myself. I soothed them as I cried inside.

Time to stop.

I will speak what I learned through “beauty, self-care, self-love."

I will show other humans the way back home in beauty, with gentleness. I will use my voice. I will teach them, show them how to touch their own face, care for themselves before others.

Put the mask onto your own face first, human being!

You breathe first.

Then you can help others.

Since then, I have served 10664 of you. That’s the number of orders I can see on this version of the website. There are a lot more; this tech world wiped some of it out.
And some of you really remind me of my own healing. Determined, decisive, consistent, inspiring to me every single day.

One gentleman said, Ezgi, I am finally off my cleansers and creams that I have been using since childhood. My face is recovering from my eczema thanks to Flow Ritual and seasonal layers.

Help me with my neck, my arms. I want freedom from eczema for my entire body.

You showed me the way home for my face; help me with my body.

What an hour that I was asked.

I do not know what you need. I didn't live with eczema or dryness.

So thank you…

Introducing

Wild Forest Body Balm - The Way Home…

For years, there has been one Wild Forest Body Balm.

This version is for those who live with extreme dryness, eczema-prone skin, persistent flaking, roughness and the visible marks and pigmentation that irritation left behind.

The original version “Stay in Balance” is for skin that is already comfortable and balanced. A daily support to help maintain softness, resilience and microbiome health.

The philosophy behind both is exactly the same.

One helps you stay home. The other helps show you the way home.

The Way Home

There is a point when dry skin is no longer simply dry. It is far away from home. It is rough, flaky, tight, fragile, sometimes cracked. Some areas repeatedly affected by irritation become uneven in texture and colour. Old inflammation leaves its visible memory on the skin.

At the heart of The Way Home are eleven herbs. It's a path in the same forest, taking you home.

Yarrow, Liquorice, Marshmallow Root, Red Clover, Comfrey, Rosemary, Nettle, Green Tea, Parsley, Witch Hazel and Calendula.

These are the souls you will see on your way back home. Let me introduce them to you one by one in the next newsletter.

Eleven plants in the same forest showing you the way back home.

Because your body is the healer.

Nature provides the nutrients, shows you the path, and you walk yourself back home.
Just like I did.

Meditation showed me the path, and then I walked myself back home.

Your skin is alive. Even when it is dry. Even when it is flaky. Even when its barrier feels fragile. Even when years of irritation have left visible marks behind. It is still renewing. Still communicating. Still rebuilding. Still moving towards homeostasis, balance.

Have you been given the woody curse?

There is no way back home.

Well, there is.

Wake up; here is the way home…

Before you go: This weekend I will be in Copenhagen to meditate with thousands of people with my teacher who showed me the way back home. Will you be there? Will you be attending Dr Joe Dispenza’s week-long retreat in Copenhagen? Find me! Please do! Email me. Let's give each other a hug. A big one.

with all my love,

Ezgi
