Skin types: oily, dry, combination. Yet one species, one biology, one human. One human, under the illusion of separation. But you can't blame that human.
According to science, the probability of humans seeing the truth of reality is less than 1%. We see only a small spectrum of frequency - the colours of the rainbow, the visible light bouncing on the most stable form of energy called matter, giving us this hologram, creating an illusionary world of separation.
I look at you, I look at me. I see a distance between you and me. Fooled by the only colours I am able to see, I believe you are different from me.
Yet there is one species, one biology, one human.
If I keep manipulating my microbiome my team on my face with inventions, keep removing the sebum my medicine on my face and not feed it with unaltered Earth, my body will get confused. In time, my skin will give up producing sebum and I will have dry skin or it will produce too much sebum to fix itself and I will have oily skin and a weakened microbiome which will bring many other skin issues.
At the end from one moisturiser to another, I will find myself looking for a cure outside of me, ways to cure my mistrust in me. There are no skin types. There are humans with different beliefs. There are humans who don't believe in the healing power of the body.

But it requires me to believe in myself—the healing power of my body. It requires me to stop thinking that I am different, separate from everybody else. I can not believe that I need to redefine my unique biology to take care of my skin. I have to believe that human skin, my body, knows what to do. All I need to do is respect, support, and go with its flow, not manipulate it.
There are no skin types. There are humans with different beliefs. There are humans who don't believe in the healing power of the body.
What do I want to believe?
The magnificent body that I am wearing?
OR
Some cleanser, some moisturizer, some invention?
I am from a species called humans.
I am an invention of this Earth.
I am the medicine.
I am the healer.
I believe in me.
The cure is in me.
You will never see us coming up with different routines for different skin types. Because there is only one species, one biology, one magnificent human body.
