People often ask me, “Ezgi, you are in beauty — why don’t you wear any makeup? We never see you with makeup. Why?”
I always give the same answer:
"Because I want you to see my skin. I want you to be able to look at my face and decide for yourself whether what I’m saying is actually working. I choose not to wear makeup because of what I do. If I were wearing makeup every day, you wouldn’t be able to tell. You wouldn’t see the texture, the tone, the calm, the health."
And the truth I stand behind is simple:
Balance creates beauty.
Homeostasis creates beauty.
I’m 45 years old.
My skin is clear, not dry, not oily. No acne. No uneven tone. No chronic sensitivity. No premature ageing. And I don’t maintain this through force. I use one system consistently:
the Flow Set, and a seasonal balm. Right now, that balm is Winter Solstice. That’s it.

What we call “skin problems” are not cosmetic flaws.
Dry skin. Premature ageing. Dullness. Breakouts. Redness. Eczema. Rosacea. Dark circles. Sensitivity. These are not random. They are signals. They are your skin communicating that it has moved out of balance.
Skin is not a surface. It is an organ. And like every organ in the body, when it moves out of homeostasis, symptoms appear.
In skincare, we’ve been taught to treat these signals as separate issues:
Dryness needs moisture.
Ageing needs anti-ageing.
Redness needs calming.
Breakouts need control.
Ageing needs anti-ageing.
Redness needs calming.
Breakouts need control.
Biologically, these are not separate problems. They are different expressions of the same root cause: loss of regulation.
When the conditions that support regulation are restored, the symptoms resolve.
And what appears naturally is something we call beauty. Not manufactured beauty. Biological beauty.

This is my lifelong work. To call us back to a kind of beauty that the body creates on its own, when it is supported, not managed.
Your body is constantly working to maintain balance.
And when it succeeds:
Skin softens. Tone evens out. Lines relax. Inflammation settles. Glow returns. Not because something new was added, but because something essential, your largest organ = skin, was allowed to function again.
Just as we don’t tell our heart how to beat, we don’t tell our skin how to function.
The same intelligence that heals a cut, adapts to seasons, regulates hormones, repairs tissue, and maintains temperature also governs the skin.
Your body doesn’t separate “health” from “beauty.” Only the human mind does. From the body’s perspective, clear, resilient skin is simply a sign that conditions are supportive and that balance has returned.
My own healing journey from MS is what anchored this truth in my body, not just my mind. I was once told there was no cure for MS. But when I restored balance — when I came out of survival and into regulation — my body healed. That experience changed how I see my body, skin, beauty, and care forever. Your body is capable of far more than we’ve been taught to believe. Beauty is one of its simplest expressions.
And maybe makeup will return to my life one day as colour, play, or expression. I’m not against makeup. I’m simply choosing visibility. Because if I’m asking you to trust this approach, it matters that you can see it on my face.
And one of you put it into words more beautifully than I ever could on instagram:
“I've been using your products for just over a month now.
I've gone from full coverage foundation to BB cream, to just a dab of concealer. For the first time in 25 years, I haven’t had a hormonal breakout.
My skin has never felt this soft, healthy, or calm.
Your products are a goddess on my skin.”
This is why I begin with the Flow Set. And why I layer a seasonal balm on top.
Not to create beauty, but to allow it.
Here is how I apply everything...
