I caught myself waiting for things to be perfect before writing another newsletter again. That's what I do. But thank god, I catch myself slowly healing the disease of perfectionism.
Do you do the same?
It's been almost a month. As the healer I am, my dad landed on my arms with an illness a month ago. We cook together at the apothecary. He is my best employee :). He is a teacher to nurses, so you can imagine the care and attention he brings when he does anything.
But what I love the most is his enthusiasm for listening to me talk about ingredients. Meeting new faces like Shea Butter. He wanted to spread some on a piece of bread. He can because I don't look for certificates of an ingredient when I source. I look at the authenticity.
Is it real or not?
Truth smells and feels way different. Nothing can beat authenticity.
He did not know he had a blood clot on his leg before he landed here. But I asked for this. I asked for an opportunity to change my destiny.
In a mystical dream, I saw him ill about 8 months ago. I did not tell anybody. Because I know what to do. I was shown the future again.
The divine in me said,
"Here it is. A possibility in your future. Change it."
So, How do you change it?
By worrying? By discussing it with friends and family?
Nope.
You are the divine. You choose another possibility.
"I don't accept this", I said. "He will be fine."
So, just like that?
Well, "doubt" is what you need to work on.
If you have no doubt in your heart and soul that you are the creator of your own reality and you do the work every day, which means you work to create brain and heart coherence in your meditations and act like the divine every single day in your endeavours, you can affect the nature of reality.
He was diagnosed at Kingston Hospital. Doctors gave me 2 weeks before he went back to Turkey to have surgery. I was given an opportunity to teach him what I learned when I healed myself.

First, we wrapped his leg with my precious castor oil every day. Castor moves the blood.
I taught him how to meditate. How to come out of survival mode. And the heart has to be open so we worked on forgiveness. We worked on his list. He has quite an interesting figures on his list. We chose the worst ones like Khomeini, Saddam and Erdoğan, the president of Turkey. If you can forgive the worst, then the rest is easy.
What would I have said? Of course, I said yes. You must forgive them, Dad.
I myself woke up every single day. From 3 am to 8 am, I meditated for him. I didn't imagine or picture him healed. That's not how it works. I just let myself linger in the present moment with love and gratitude in my heart that he is well. The universe doesn't understand a picture; it senses how you feel.
At the end of 2 weeks, he went from a novice meditator to an advanced one. He is now back home in Turkey. There is no surgery waiting for him.
In fact, a few days ago, I received a photo of him hiking.
He still needs to be careful, as the clot isn't fully gone. But it has improved so much that it will disappear soon.

Do you see?
All it took was to bring his body back into balance = homeostasis.
Which inspired me to write a manifesto on our website.
Here it goes;
Manifesto
You can not cure depression if you have never been depressed. You can not cure cancer if you don't have one. You can not tend to a wound if you have never been wounded.
What we often call "a cure" in modern medicine is merely a silencing of the symptoms, a hush over the voice of the body crying out to be heard.
People ask me where I learned all this, expecting the name of a course, a classroom. And yes, I created a course for our holistic beauticians because wisdom must be passed on. But my true classroom was life.
I learned what I learned by caring for two cancer patients, my mom and sister, for almost 22 years and then healing my brain from MS (Multiple Sclerosis) along the way. The stress I was under was too much for my brain to handle.
From this, I came to understand that homeostasis — our sacred balance — is life's miracle.
And the greatest threat to this balance? The beauty industry.
Skin — our largest organ — is a whispering gateway. It drinks in the world around us.
So ask yourself, as you stand before the mirror:
Are you nurturing your skin with the gentle touch of nature, inviting in wholeness and healing, mind and body reunited through the balm of the earth?
Or
Are you chasing an illusion of beauty, unknowingly in front of the mirror, affirming "I am not enough, I am separate from nature" with every cream, every serum full of preservatives, water, and isolated chemicals ready to alter your biology? Each jar, each vial, a quiet denial, laced with synthetics meant to mend what was never broken.
Or
Are you running after concepts of "clean beauty" or "biohacking" with their clean lists, vitamins and capsules whispering fear of death, teaching you to control every cell with your intellect? Putting that brain of yours into survival. It is as if the brain has anything to do with healing and wholeness. Trapped in vigilance, fighting for control, sending your heart signals of "I am not safe, get ready to fight, do not ever spend any energy on my healing, rejuvenation or my beauty".
Meanwhile, the heart — the centre of healing communicates with every single organ, every single cell in your body; receiving all these signals of the fight. It takes the command and sends it with its blood to the first three centres of the body so that you can get up and fight. The heart could not care less if you look good or not. You are in danger. That is what your brain is telling your heart with every Google search as you pull your life force energy away from your heart to check if an ingredient is safe or not.
What's more important? To live, to survive or to nourish, to thrive?
We must survive, says the heart.
Healing isn’t something we receive—
it’s something we remember within.
My lifelong passion with Earth To You is to help you align with your body's own rhythm.
Healthy, glowing skin—free from dryness, oiliness, sun sensitivity, breakouts, uneven skin tone, acne, eczema, rosacea, or time’s gentle marks—isn't only about using healthy products with healthy ingredients, but it is the natural outcome of aligning with your body’s rhythm.
Which means;
If your body is producing sebum, you can not remove it.
If your skin has a vast galaxy of beneficial bacteria taking care of you, talking to your immune system every moment of every hour, you can not damage them.
You have to let your body do the work.
True healing, true beauty, and true holistic living begin not with the next product but with the choice to stop trying to change or ignore your own biology, forcing for outcomes and chasing fixes. Instead, it begins by supporting the intelligence already at work in you.
Your skin is not a problem to solve.
Your body is not a project to control.
You are not here to be reshaped by trends
or told what beauty should look like.
You are here to remember your wholeness—
to return to a simpler truth:
That your body knows.
That healing is already written in your cells.
And that beauty begins
when you honour your nature,
not override it.
Nothing you see on our website is a "beauty product".
They are a return. Each and every one of them is a revolution of trust—permission to let your body lead you to true beauty, healing and wholeness.
Let your beauty be your remembering. Let them be your return to the power that was always yours.
with all my love,
Ezgi
