Warm a small amount between fingertips until it melts into oil. Massage gently into the scalp using circular motions to stimulate circulation and absorption.

Leave for 2–3 hours, or overnight for deeper repair. Rinse with a gentle, sulphate-free shampoo and condition as usual.
