The Role

We are looking for a Production & Studio Assistant to join us in our studio in SW19.

This role starts as an assistant position. You will be trained in everything, from batch preparation to order packing to stock management. But this is not a dead-end job. The intention from day one is to grow you into a Studio Manager, with the full responsibility of keeping this operation running beautifully.

What You'll Do

Assist in preparing handcrafted product batches following precise protocols
Pack and dispatch orders with complete care and perfect presentation, every single time
Maintain the studio to an impeccable standard: clean, ordered, and always ready
Monitor stock levels and manage replenishment proactively
Be the final eyes before anything reaches a customer, and mean it
As you grow, take ownership of daily operations and help lead the studio
