The Why
Following a referendum held in the UK on 23 June 2016, Great Britain officially left the European Union on 31 January 2020. The free movement of goods and the free movement of us humans ended. This means EU nationals now have to pay taxes when buying from the UK and UK nationals from the EU. Thanks to Royal Mail offering "a taxes paid service" to small businesses like mine, I am able to pay taxes for the following countries so that you don't have to pay them.
(Germany, Austria, The Republic of Ireland, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Switzerland.)
But the rest of the EU...
I am helpless.
I am cooking weekly. This is homemade food for the skin, I said, not cosmetics. Expiry dates matter, as well as how it is stored and the temperature of the warehouse. They all matter.
I thought to myself, I make one sale a year, "Green Friday", for Christmas. This year I am going to change that to "Let's split the bill with our neighbours" so that I can share the taxes with them at least once a year. An opportunity for them to stock up on wholesome skincare. This sale applies to everyone, not just to our neighbours, but I am doing this for them.
Neighbours, Let's split the bill!

*Gua Sha Stones:
Let's not include these precious stones in a sale. I am not producing them. They come from a long way to me. I am very careful how I source them. Earth's resources and so much human power go into making these stones. Let's buy them only if we need them. Not because they are on sale.
Neighbours, let's split the bill.
Note to our Spanish neighbours:
I am so sad to inform you that we are still unable to ship to Spain. The customs procedure is so complicated that it takes months for an order to be released from customs. Sometimes they return it back to us. We have no idea why :(.

Love your jojoba oil! I tried to take advantage of your 20% off promotion at 8:34PM US EST time but by midnight deadline, you probably meant British time? :-)
