This email was meant to reach you on a calm, quiet Sunday morning with a cup of tea. But the forces outside of me made sure to crash everything from my computer to the software I used to send this email. I gave up after trying so many hours. It is as if someone said, "They need this message on a Tuesday morning when they are face to face with the survival gene pulling them back from opening their heart. Show them that it's not the outside world that holds the keys. It's them. They hold the power..."
Thousands of years ago, humans decided to close their eyes in caves away from danger, people, animals, and things. They must have felt the same emotions as you and I.
The more things we have, the more we want and the less happy we get.
Something is wrong with this equation!
Why is that?
It must have taken them a lot of years to sit still, eyes closed. Going against the survival gene. That is some work.
"There is a lion around the corner", says the survival gene. "You will get eaten, open your eyes."
"I won't."
"There are humans around the corner. They will kill you, betray you. Open your eyes."
"I won't."
How many years have passed? Who knows? But they didn't open their eyes. They insisted. Thank god they did.
The first centre, the second centre, the third centre, the more they went against that survival gene, the more they trusted, the more energy moved. One day, they felt an explosion of love in their human heart = the fourth centre—a kind of love they had never felt before. Their hearts were open fully. Love wasn't coming from anyone or anything. It was coming from within.
Magic started happening all around them. Their body started healing. They healed others by just being present with them. They started predicting future events.
Others, whose energy was still in the survival centres of their bodies, hearts closed, called them saints, mystics, and holy beings. And yet, as human as you and I, all they did was close their eyes and resist the survival gene for enough hours to ascend their energy to their human heart, the centre of creation, the source of healing and wholeness.
You want proof, I know. I wanted proof, too.
Coming out of survival to open the heart for healing.
Ancient cultures called them Chakras. We now know that these are energy centres of the body. 7 Centers, 7 glands, 7 mini brains. There are clusters of neurons in your brain that are associated with these individual centres, which means they have their own mini-brains, intentions, and consciousness.
Whenever you think of a specific thought, energy moves one of these clusters of neurons in your brain, and you create a certain level of mind. Your brain starts producing certain chemicals that begin to activate one of these energy centres, which creates more of the same thoughts.
The first 3 centres of the body below the heart are all about survival.
If you are feeling any of the survival emotions, which means you are scared, worried, angry, or resentful, your energy is stuck in one of these 3 survival centres of the body. The heart starts pumping against the closed system, sending blood to the extremities so you can run or fight. Digestive juices shut down. Survival is more important than growth or repair. The heart starts sending signals to the brain, which moves the brain into high beta waves, so you continue to be vigilant. There is danger out there. Energy leaves the heart, and you stop trusting yourself.
But what happens if you are out of survival and feeling elevated emotions? The conversation between the heart and the brain gets really interesting (meaning coherent). The brain and the body get excited, and this causes sympathetic arousal.
As a result, the heart informs the brain that it's safe to create, it's safe to awaken, and it's safe to raise its consciousness out of survival. You see new possibilities, and the body returns back to homeostasis and balance, which means it's time for growth, repair and healing. It's not dangerous anymore.
This is the natural state of being that great individuals, leaders, artists, athletes, saints, mystics, and masters throughout time have operated out of. This is how I healed myself from multiple sclerosis.
Predicting Future & Intuition
They did an experiment at HeartMath. Participants in the experiment were connected to devices to measure their heart rates and brain waves.
They were asked to press a button. They saw a blank screen for 6 seconds. The computer then showed them random images—disturbing, happy, or peaceful—like a car crash, a snake strike, or a nature scene. After an image, the screen went black for 10 seconds. They were then asked to press the button again and again 30 times.
When the scientists analysed the data, the results were astonishing. The heart seems to know the images before the participants ever see them with their eyes. If the picture was a sad, disturbing one, the heart rate dropped 5 seconds before the participants ever saw them.
This means that the more your heart is coherent, the more you are connected with your intuition. A higher source of knowing.
Affecting others
Numerous studies have been done on how we affect each other's hearts and emotions. But there is one study done at Hearthmath that really touched my heart.
Where do you store your creative, healing energy?
In your heart, I hope. By trusting life and feeling elevated emotions daily. Because if you do, all the nutrients in your food, in your holistic skincare, the air you breathe, and the sun you see are received by your body and turned into healing energy.
Your intuition grows. You are more confident in the choices you make in life. You can predict how your choices will affect you moving forward.
You enter a room and raise people's energy by being you.
This is why I meditate daily to raise my energy into my heart. I take it to an extreme and do not show my face to people, especially those who are close to me when I know that my energy is not in my heart, which means I am scared, worried, angry, and resentful. I know what's happening in my body. I know that I am in survival and can not think clearly. One word away from destroying my loved ones, my dreams.
Being a philosopher, talking about things versus actually applying the information to our lives.
Where do you store your creative, healing energy?
in your heart, I hope...
with all my love,
Ezgi
