In the privacy of your heart

Emotional trauma: a memory you can't forget; you can't forgive. 

Have you had something really difficult happen to you? Perhaps years ago, but you still can't forget, forgive. I have a practical tip for you to help release the emotional trauma in which you hold the hand of roses inside our Rose Water Mist and take a step towards forgiveness.  

Forgiving the person, the situation, yourself. Freeing yourself from the mental prison. Come this way, follow me. Let me hold your hand. First, I want to tell you something about your body.
 
Your state of being is "how you think, how you act and how you behave", which is run by your 90% subconscious mind. That memory is embedded in your subconscious mind. You are reading me with your 10% conscious mind. First, we have to get inside our subconscious mind to turn that memory into wisdom. 

 

Meditate...

When you meditate, your brainwaves slow down from Beta to Theta, which means the door between the subconscious and the conscious mind is wide open. If the meditation is guided, a brand new future is being whispered to you; you will accept, believe and surrender to what you hear without analyzing. 

 

The key is when you open your eyes. Your environment will trigger you. People, places, on a Zoom call, in traffic. That brand new future will be challenged. I want you to catch yourself anytime you feel the same emotions related to that trauma. Take the bottle of Rose Water Mist made from actual rose petals and spray it on your face. Take a deep breath and tell yourself out loud that the trauma is over. It's in the past. It's not happening right now. 

Why?

Rose plant is the medicine of the heart. When you inhale the aroma, rose plants calm your nervous system, turning down the excitement in the limbic centres of the brain, which regulates passion. When your nervous system is calm, your heart starts beating in more coherent patterns, which then sends beautiful signals to your brain that say the trauma is over, and it's time to dream again.
 
And you relax.
 
The body holds the memory of the trauma as an emotion. If you have to catch yourself 30 times a day, that's a success. That is how you teach your body to release that emotion and turn it into wisdom in your waking day. I have done it. I am grateful that I did not give up on myself. I caught myself 30 times a day. My environment or the memory of that trauma no longer triggers me.
 
Before you reach for the conventional approach, a drug, I want you to give nature a chance. I want you to give roses a chance. Same soil, same earth, this plant is ready to help you.

When you give nature a chance, you are giving yourself a chance. Nature is not an alternative therapy. Nature is "you". You and the Rose are made of the same matter. "The power that made the body heals the body".
