Closing The Gap

Closing the gap.

That is all I want in this lifetime.
Closing the gap between the body and the soul using self-care rituals.

Don't have time to read?

I was a body.

I studied.

I gained skills.

I worked hard.

I mastered my five senses.

I made things happen.

I was a body.

Limited to my five senses.

Time to close the gap. The gap between the body and the soul. Time to use self-care rituals to work on hearing the soul so that I can decode the hidden messages that are spread into my life.

Can the body do that? No.
Can my five senses, the body, believe in a reality beyond logic? No.

The body is limited. The body only knows what happened in the past. The body predicts the future based on the past. The body works on creating the same tomorrow.

But what happens if the soul enters the picture?

Expansion.

The less gap we have between the body and the soul, the easier, more fun, more adventurous, and more exciting life gets. You feel aliveThe things that most people are afraid to do, you jump in.

You just know that it will all work out— The soul gives the body certainty beyond logic.

I know a place where you can practice closing the gap. One of our Holistic Facial Therapists reached out to me to ask for advice on how to use and layer our skincare for her clients to train their skin to return home. That is all we want, after all.

I will tell you what I advised her in the next email, but do you get facials? What do you do while lying on that bed?

To me, this is a precious opportunity to work on closing the gap, especially if the intention of the therapist is to train your skin to return home, not to some other agenda but to return home to you.

While these beautiful humans work on your skin with their skilful hands, leave your body and your five senses on the bed.

Close your eyes, and pay attention to the blackness on both sides of you, in front of you, behind you. Keep expanding your awareness to nothing, to emptiness, to blackness.

Why?

What happens when you put your attention to your pain? The pain expands. It gets bigger. Imagine putting your attention to nothing.

The voice of the soul gets louder.

The more you put your attention to nothing, the more you will gain the skill of hearing the voice of the soul, and why is that important? The soul wants adventure, expansion, and dreams. The body, on the other hand, is afraid of the unknown, resisting evolution, and scared to make a change.

Leave your body on the bed and focus on nothing.

There you will meet the soul.

Do you see how much of a difference it can make in your life if you connect to your soul through self-care rituals that you repeat every day? You don't have to wait for a facial. Bridging the gap between the body and the soul means dreams come true, adventure, and a life with no limits.

Did you just use beauty? I think you did more than that.

with all my love,
Ezgi
