As we step into a new year, many of us feel a quiet desire for a fresh start, not through force or drastic change, but by returning to balance. This is how I see skincare.

I often describe this process through an analogy with the Earth. You wouldn’t plant seeds in depleted soil and expect a thriving garden. First, you heal the soil. Then, you plant. When the soil is alive, growth becomes inevitable.
